3. Membership, Subscription & Payments

  • All subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, annual) are subject to the Non-Refundable Policy except where required by law.
  • Fees, payment terms, and renewal processes are set out at purchase. Non-usage does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
  • You may cancel your subscription any time according to the process specified on the website. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • The studio reserves the right to revise pricing, service scope, and payment policies at any time with notice posted on the website.

4. Class Bookings, Expiry, and Cancellations

  • Class packages/memberships have specified expiry dates. Unused sessions are forfeited after expiry.
  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with the studio’s policy (e.g., at least 24 hours before session).
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions.

5. Health & Safety

  • Participation is at your own risk. You agree to follow all safety instructions and notify staff immediately of discomfort or medical issues.
  • The studio and its representatives are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents arising from participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, and images on this website are owned or licensed by the studio. They may not be reproduced or used without permission.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse, copy, alter, or transmit the website content or personal information belonging to others. This website may contain links to third-party sites; the studio is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Service Disruption & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, technical issues and scheduled maintenance may occur. The studio will use reasonable efforts to restore access promptly, but service interruptions do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

9. Termination of Service

Violation of these Terms, abuse of services, fraud, or conduct endangering others may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
